Chicken balls with #HotHotHot

Chicken is a very common choice for our daily menu.

No matter how it is cooked, we will enjoy it

We are used to cook chicken certain ways and this might become boring. Let's transform the taste and the looks of our chicken to an absolutely marvellous dish. If you have a minced meat machine you can use it with the chicken. If you don't have one and your butcher won't help, it is time to grab a knife and mince the chicken breast to very slim pieces. You will need:

  • ½ kg. minced chicken breast
  • 1 big egg
  • Half cup of crumbs
  • Fresh ginger, about 6 cm, grated
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • Half of a bunch of parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 green onions fine grated, the white party only, you will use the green part when the food is ready
  • Salt

To glaze your chicken balls you need:

  • 3 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 1 spoonful rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • 4-5 spoonfuls #HotHotHot της juk-black
  • ½ cup of water
  • 2 spoonfuls corn flour

To prepare your chicken balls, knead the ingredients mentioned above. Knead them and spread in a pan covered with baking sheet, cook in a preheated oven at 180c for 25 minutes or until golden brown. You have already avoided the frying pan, the splashes and some calories. While the chicken balls are cooking, prepare your glaze: Put all the ingredients, except the water and the corn flour, in a small pot on medium fire until the sugar is dissolved. Put the corn flour in together with the water and stir until it becomes thick and blended. As your chicken balls are probably now ready, put them in a bowl and spread plenty of the sauce and stir so the glaze goes everywhere. Cut the green part of the onions on top, to give some joy! Serve with rice, vegetables or potatoes or whatever you prefer and watch the chicken balls disappear!
