Your payment information (credit card number, CVV, expiration, cardholder) are not visible by Jukeros at any point of the online payment since the data are transferred encrypted to the payment provider for clearence.

Our terms are full payment with order.

Credit card orders are cleared online using our secure connection via National Bank of Greece or PayPal.

Products are generally dispatched within 48 hours. The arrival time varies and it depends on the exact destination.

Orders are dispatched by the Hellenic Post Office. Please note that Jukeros is not responsible for any Duty or Taxes charged on international orders.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

How to return an item:
At Jukeros, it is extremely important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with our products and overall service. If your product arrives damaged or if you have a comment about your experience, please share it with us at info@jukeros.gr. If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it to us, we will be happy to replace it upon confirming the damage.
