Muffin burgers with #chutneylovers

Let's face it, we all love burgers

I know it's junk food, but this is only the case when you get them ready from a fast food joint. Is it still considered junk food when you create your own burgers? I guess not. To begin with, the secret for a perfect burger is the beef burger. Not a beef burger full of spices and bread; that's a meatball actually. The beef burger doesn't need much:

  • ground beef - minced only once
  • salt
  • pepper
  • some green onion
  • pinch of oregano

Try light kneading, not punching! The bread is the next one. Come closer to the homemade concept; avoid the puffy, sesame covered types of bread. Go for another version! Ciabatta is a recommended option, pita for souvlaki wrap is also a fine alternative but if the bread is your preference, I would highly suggest the English muffin. Slice it in two halves and brown it. Watch it turn into a cloud, full of your inspirations. And then comes the sauce. Now admit that you are fed up with ketchup, it's so sweet so you need something else, maybe homemade, full of comfort and much more interesting in taste, really. Have you tried #chutneylovers της juk-black ? A delicious chutney with apple, tomato, brown sugar, aromatic spices and smokey scents is here to make your day and give a new dimension to your burger. Feel free to try it also on a hot-dog and anything you would have ketchup with. It will really makes your day! Last but not least, your burger needs the freshness of a juicy tomato and some lettuce (try the iceberg) but you can also add some cheese. Enjoy your dream burger as much as you can. Enjoy it without any worry about its quality, since it's a meal you totally made on your own. And as far as the secret sauce ingredient is concerned, we know it, it is called #chutneylovers and we have it ready. We are offering it to you ready-made. And on a smart price…

Well, light up your grill, and give me a ring if there's food left, I will happily join you!
