There could never be a better dessert dedicated to the lovers of the orange flavored sweets, than this one

A crunchy tart with orange cheesecake filling which has blueberries in it but is not sour as it contains carrots to balance the sourness of the oranges' aftertaste. Once more, you don't need to prepare an orange marmalade or slice carrots. Neither do you need to look for cranberries because all of the above are the ingredients of #breakfastinbed fromjuk-black You will need to bake an easy base for the tart but you don't have to do this the same day. It can be prepared on the previous day and kept refrigerated. The truth is that it will be easier to handle if prepared the previous day. Ingredients for the dough:

  • 1 1/2 cup of whole grain flour
  • 1 1/2 spoonful of sugar
  • 1 small egg yolk
  • 9 spoonfuls of iced, non salted butter, cut in small cubes

For the filling you will need:

  • 1 large pack of cream cheese
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ¾ #breakfastinbed product
  • some almonds for the decoration

Stir the flour and sugar to blend and add the egg yolk and the butter by rubbing them with your hands to blend and create a dough. Spread the dough to cover a pastry sheet and refrigerate well. The next day spread the dough on a 24- 26 cm pan and bake in preheated oven at 170 C degrees till the dough is brown. If the dough get bubbly during baking pinch with a fork. The bubbles are the outcome of the moisture which creates this heat. Wait till the dough's temperature is cold. Mix the cheese with the sugar adding half of the marmalade. Keep mixing till you get a smooth cream. Fill the tart with the mixture and refrigerate for an hour . Spread the rest of the marmalade and keep refrigerated!
