Fillet of beef with #onionporn sauce

The French cuisine is full of complex sauces which require experienced hands for the preparation. "Required" is the correct verb here. The only thing you need to even make a professional to be jealous is the #onionporn from juk-black. Throw a spoonful of butter into a frying pan and let it heat up well. Put the fillets in to brown on both sides for about 5 minutes for the first side and 4 for the other. Take them out on a plate and put a little more than a spoonful of flour in the frying pan. Cook till golden brown. Pour some beef bouillon, about 1 ½ glass, salt and pepper and half a glass of wine. Let the sauce boil and start to thicken. Put some balsamic vinegar in to darken the color and fine tune the taste with a spoonful of #onionporn fromjuk-black. Leave the sauce to thicken again and add the cooked fillets to boil and glaze in the sauce for about 2 minutes.

Serve with vegetables sauteed with butter and sizzled buttered asparagus folded to a bunch with finely cut bacon. Put it in the oven till the bacon is golden brown
